The University of Missouri-Columbia and the Gyeongsang National University in Jinju, Korea, hosts the 2nd Annual Joint Plant Research Symposium on October 2-3, 2007.

Dr. Zhanyuan Zhang’s laboratory has recently improved Agrobacterium-mediated transformation in maize Hi-II using standard binary vectors.

The 2nd annual Maize in situ Hybridization Workshop was held at the University of Missouri from June 4-8, 2007.
